The same is true in the business world.<\/p>\n\n

      • Conflictual termination of a contract whose obligations and conditions of termination were poorly negotiated beforehand<\/li>\n
      • Non-payment for services whose price or performance has not been clearly agreed in writing (quotation, contract, etc.).<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n

        • Non-compliance with a conventional termination procedure: failure to approve a conventional termination, failure to meet deadlines. The risk: invalidation of the contractual termination as a dismissal without real and serious cause. <\/li>\n
